Initial online orders are capped at 30 trees and/or associated products per order (fertilisers and soil). Depending on our onhand stock and their availability, we will do our very best to fulfil your order.

How do I know how big a 45, 75, 100 or 200 litre bag is?

All the product details are available in the tree description area of the Screening Trees WA website. Bag dimensions are also included for each product in the product description. A 45 litre bag is 400mm high and 380mm in diameter, a 100 litre bag is 500mm high and 510mm in diameter, and a 200 litre bag is 600mm high and 650mm in diameter.

I want to purchase a tree in a 45 litre bag, how do I know how big it will be?

All the product details are available in the tree description area online. Screening Trees WA list the minimum height of the tree that will be provided to you – so you can expect your tree to be the same or taller than what is described in the product description.

Delivery

Yes, all purchases made from Screening Trees WA will be delivered to the pre-determined delivery point address you nominated at the time of purchase.

How much is delivery?

Delivery charges start at $95.00 and are calculated at the time of purchase online, depending on the postcode of the pre-determined delivery point address you nominated at the time you placed and finalised your order and the quantity of trees ordered.

How soon after purchase can my trees be delivered?

Screening Trees WA will arrange delivery within 48 hours of your order being finalised. Every effort is made to have your trees delivered to you as soon as possible.

If I live outside the metropolitan area, how can I have my trees delivered?

Screening Trees WA are able to deliver our products to the Perth metropolitan area only. Please Note: All country towns located further than 70km+ from Jandakot, 6164 should contact Screening Trees WA to see whether we can deliver to your area – increased delivery rates apply.

I want to buy one of your trees, but I live interstate, can you arrange delivery for me?

No, unfortunatey Screening Trees WA are only able to service our customer base in the Perth metropolitan area only.

Does the delivery costs increase with the number of trees I buy?

You can order up to 30 trees from Screening Trees WA at once and is charged based on the quantity and bag sizes ordered. For an order up to 30 trees, delivery rates are based on the postcode of your pre-dermined delivery point. For orders in excess of 30 trees, please contact Screening Trees WA to discuss as this can be arranged.

How many trees can be delivered at once?

We can deliver up to 20 trees in one delivery. Should you wish to order more than 20 trees at once, please contact Screening Trees WA to discuss.

What if I only buy fertiliser or soil from Screening Trees WA – will you still deliver my purchase to me?

Yes, most certainly. You can order these products from our online shop and we can deliver them to you. Delivery rates are calculated depending on your postcode within the Perth metropolitan area.

For delivery and the application of appropriate delivery rates, Screening Trees WA have considered the Perth metropolitan area to be a 70km radius from Jandakot, 6164. Should you live outside our 70km radius, please contact Screening Trees WA to see whether we can deliver to your area – increased delivery rates apply.

Do you install the trees I purchase from Screening Trees WA?

Screening Trees WA would be very happy to install the trees you purchase from us. Our Installation Rate is $66 (inc. GST) per tree, and includes the cost of the soil, application of fertiliser, and labour to install. To take advantage of our professional tree installation service, please ensure you select the “Tree Installation” option when finalising your new tree purchase in our online shop.

How much is installation?

Screening Trees WA can professionally install any of the trees you purchase from us at a rate of $66 per tree (inc. GST). This includes the cost of the soil, application of fertiliser, and labour to install.

Are your installation costs charged per tree, or do you charge a one off fee per job?

Screening Trees WA charge a rate of $66 per tree (inc. GST) to install. We will only professionally install trees purchased from Screening Trees WA, and rates are applied during the checkout process through our online shop.

How soon after purchase can you install my trees?

Screening Trees WA can arrange installation of the trees you purchase from us within 48 hours of your order being finalised through our online shop.

How long can I leave a tree in the bag after purchase?

Trees purchased from Screening Trees WA can be left in the bag in which they are growing for a period of up to 12 months from the date of purchase – however they will require watering on a daily basis.

What happens if I purchase a tree without the installation option, and when it is delivered I change my mind?

Screening Trees WA encourage you to select the installation option during the checkout process. As we have two services – Tree Delivery and Installation – the Delivery Team are not able to install your tree purchase. Should you wish to have the trees you have purchased from Screening Trees WA installed by our Installation Team after delivery, please contact us to arrange – additional fees apply.

Do you sell soil?

Yes, Screening Trees WA sell Cwise soil products – either in bags or in bulk. We can arrange delivery of these products in bags or bulk truck loads, depending on your selection. These purchases can be made and finalised through our online shop.

What type of soil do you recommend I use to plant a tree?
