Screening Trees WA will not accept changes made to finalised orders any later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery of that order.
While every attempt has been made to ensure the sizing and dimension of the trees we offer for sale are provided in the plant description section, there may be slight variations due to the plant variety and the season.
All trees offered for sale by Screening Trees WA are of the highest industry quality, and are hand selected by our team to suit the specifications you outlined in your order.
Once delivered, the ongoing care of the tree is your responsibility, and it is up to you to follow our guidance as to the correct placement, installation, and nurture.
However, if you have had your purchase professionally installed by Screening Trees WA, you have followed our guidance as to the ongoing care and maintenance of your purchase and you have any concerns as to the health or growing performance of the product, please take a photograph, and a copy of your proof of purchase and provide this information immediately via our Contact Us – we will be in contact with you as soon as possible.
